Congratulations Chef Jules for being in the TOP 5 of Chefs in all the Clubs of Queensland entered in the Awards of Excellence.
Chef Julianne personally takes on the role as mentor and trainer to all of her staff, both in the kitchen and the floor staff. She is concise, fair and demands the respect she is due in the kitchen. She takes on School based apprentices with a gentle but firm hand and is nick named 'mum' or Jules in the kitchen by her team.
